You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Picturings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant Picturings a license to store, process, and display your content to authorized viewers as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Picturings to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Picturings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, including uploaded photos and videos. We recommend keeping backups of your important media.
